I feel like they just took the filter off and didn't even drain all the oil out. It was a crappy job was just an oil change and then when I called them the response I got was so rude and just unexceptional and not to mention I mean my car was just about out of oil and so I took it in about 1 August and by September 18 my oil was extremely low and my service light was on. I would never recommend them to anybody.

The owner brought out some lubricant, sprayed the coupler, and it opened easily. He could have gouged me by selling me a new coupler, but instead, sprayed it for free. He did, however, suggest that I purchase a can of lubricant, which I did. The owner and his son were super friendly, honest, and took care of my issue. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FRONTIER TRAILER!

Great service and a family run business…read more We lost a wheel on our boat trailer and luckily found frontier trailer supply . The owner of father and his son came out and helped us fix the trailer and had a summer way and no time. The price was very reasonable and they were just very nice people. It's the kind of family business you feel good about supporting. They could have easily charged us more because we were stranded but they were very fair. And such nice people to deal with. Thank you frontier trailer.

Hoping it was only brakepads I limped home (no real other option as I couldn't miss work) and started calling around to find ANYone able to squeeze me in. This year has been horrible for people waiting well past the deadline to even start trying to do their tire change overs. Ugh! I hadn't even considered Pitstop because I figured Aaron was up to his eyeballs in tires, and saw a post on the shop's facebook page saying as such. I took a chance anyway and commented wondering if they could squeeze an emergency brakes issue in. Aaron messaged me back personally saying to call in the morning and see what they could do. Of all the garages, Aaron's was the one that could get me in soonest. Everyone I spoke to and worked with were friendly, helpful, and honest with what I was looking at. In true Aaron fashion he cracked jokes while also trying to be as compassionate as possible as he gave me the bad-ish news that it wasn't brakepads - it was brakes. Oy. He gave me the quote which wasn't as terrible as I expected, and gave me the timeline of when it could be finished. He made his deadline and came under his quote. Car is back to running smoothly (and quietly) and all is well. Can't go wrong with these guys.

He only has a 2 Wheel drive truck and said he doesn't wanna have to use his chains. And he would charge me for using them. I argued with him and they said good luck finding someone to work on your truck or towing it on a holiday weekend. I said I found someone else that is willing. He was being unreasonable because he didn't want to use his chains. Not my fault you have a truck that isn't Equipped. I kept asking him to unhook my truck and he refused. Saying he's not leaving without getting paid. Well I finally convinced him to take it to my mechanics. He was rude and complained the public in Kenai. I did find out towing companies do charge you to store your vehicle at their place. I have a feeling that's why he was going to have it at his place. Needless to say I will not use this again and I really don't feel it's legal for them to not unhook your truck when you ask him to. I was being polite and trying to be reasonable and they were just being rude and unreasonable. Don't use these guys. He did call me after he dropped off my truck to say he did. That was nice.
