The dogs leg is bleeding and broken and expected that dog to suffer with no help until 4:30!? DISGUSTED. My mom paid the $150 has no receipt and idea what they are doing to treat the dog.

The neighbor was right -Dr. Mitchell is a fantastic vet! She takes the time to explain things thoroughly and get to know you and your pet. She's got her own office set up in a mobile trailer so you're not stuck waiting for 15 minutes in a crowded waiting room. She provides personalized service and my pup is crazy about her. Her prices are affordable, the service is personalized and we've never seen her without a smile on her face and a treat in her hand. My pup is CRAZY about her and because she has a different sort of set up for her office, there's none of the pre-vet jitters....

I took Zappa (my dog) to Animal Health Center and they got us in on an emergency basis. Unfortunately, it was determined that he had extensive cancer and I made the difficult decision to have Zappa euthanized. The kindness, caring, professionalism and sensitivity shown to me and Zappa was so appreciated. If I were to stay in the area, this would definitely be my veterinarian group. With that said I couldn't imagine a better way to be able to say goodbye to our baby. From the second we walked in the door the staff was friendly and attentive and most of all greeted Pucky like an old friend. We had our two younger children with us and they were brought snacks and some things to play with. They brought us all back to a lovely living room type exam room that really made things comfortable. The nurse asked questions while sitting on the floor with us loving on our baby. One major thing I appreciated was when the Dr came she completed her exam and did not beat around the bush. She confirmed our concerns. It has been so hard trying to figure out what was best to do for our baby. I really appreciated the confirmation of how bad things were. We were able to say our goodbyes on our time. The staff was amazing coming in and checking on us and being with us every step of the way. They even completed all the paperwork needed before we started our goodbyes which was extremely helpful emotionally. Which I was SIGNIFICANTLY surprised by the price of the whole process versus the care and support we received. They truly care for your pet and for you! We had been going to a vet closer to us. However we will be changing asap. Thank you for being there for us when we really needed it!

For context a friend had previously warned me about a secretary who seems to always have an attitude with people, thought it was just a one-off experience until today it confirmed it. When i told her the purpose of the appointment she asked me "When would you like to come?" and I said "next week in the afternoon" immediately her tone changed and with an attitude said "we only do these in the morning 7am or 8am". So I politely responded with "Okay let's do 8am next week then" and she seemed frustrated and said "I think you are not understanding, we only have second week of September available " At this moment I felt upset because why didn't she just tell me what's available instead of asking me what my preference is. Since she doesn't seem to know how to coordinate properly I asked her "okay so second week of September is open right?" And she said yes. I then asked to get Sept 9 booked for me and she got upset again and said "we only have Sept 12 open". She needs to change jobs if she doesn't like to do it properly. Learn to be more clear with your paying customers and no need to give attitude if they don't understand something, this is how you lose money. Doesn't cost much to just be nice.

It was a Friday night and the next morning I found this clinic was open on Saturday! We drove from Boardman to Hermiston. At first I was disappointed because they told me they don't take walk-ins. I was going to leave and try to find an emergency vet because our dog was not getting any better. But after talking to Dr. Marcum they decided to see our pup! I was so grateful and Dr. Marcum was wonderful. She took care of Lucy and she was better in no time. She also treated two ear infections we were unaware of.
