They showed up the very next day to bid the job and again were super friendly and very professional. They bid the job and said that I was about a month and a half out. I said great and showed them on their way out. I called later that day to ask to be officially put on the books and to have a quote for the bid written out and emailed to me for my records. Crystal said no problem and said it would be sent out that day. That day went by with no quote sent to my email...... At this point I gave them a call to which I was ignored... I repeated this process for 5 days over the weekend into the new week. FINALLY Crystal answered the phone to inform me due to "scheduling conflicts" they decided not to honor the bid. And decided not to work the job at all. SO even though I was not even on the schedule yet and was flexible with my scheduling dates I was informed that my job would NOT be possible due to "scheduling conflicts".... This all sounds like a load of bull and I am just beyond shocked at the way this company conducts themselves.

Bought a house sight unseen in Myrtle Creek OR from central rural Iowa and learned the garage door…read morewas not working from an inspection. Did a garage door repair search of Myrtle Creek and was pleased to find Mike's service. Mike showed up and restored life into the old Craftsman double door lift and gave me an exellent tutorial on the unit and programmed the keyless entry, which was going to be my only entry, then later when I got to my Oregon home I found two remotes and after replacing the batteries in both, one came to life, but not the other. I called Mike and he walked me through getting the remote relearned over the phone. The opener and remotes worked flawlessly for a dozen days then today the Opener developed a mind of its own both opening and sometimes closing all on its own. Another call to Mike and again he walked me through troubleshooting for recovery over the phone. He is so experienced he can describe the process over the phone in such a way that anyone can follow along and make their own diagnostics and repair. Mike's Garage Door and Opener business has truely impressed me with his knowledge and customer service aimed at SAVING ME MONEY while bringing my situation back under control. Searching for repair professionals near Roseburg we found Higher Dimensions on google. Higher Dimensions was able to fix the recliner issue and the chairs sit perfectly now. We had a drawer rebuilt by a cabinet shop in California, and hadn't t tried to reinstall it yet. When we did we discovered it was made it 1/8" too wide. Jesse, at Higher Dimensions was able to fix that issue also. They also replaced the screen in our RVs screen door. No job was too small. Wasn't sure they worked in RVs and Travel Trailers but they took on the jobs and completed them fast. If you need a licensed and insured contractor to do repairs, look no further. They aren't just for home repairs, they did a fantastic job on our RV.
