I started seeing Dr. Faith in my third trimester of my first pregnancy. She helped me so much with my pain and mobility in those final weeks. Not only that, she was significantly helpful in preparing me for labor! We tested what positions would be best for my body and walked through breathing techniques and more. I felt so prepared for birth thanks to her! I was so grateful for my care that I came back to see Dr. Faith again during postpartum. She helped me with my c-section scar recovery, rebuilding my core strength and fixing my ab separation, as well as treating my back and core which were tight and sore from breastfeeding. I genuinely believe I'd be much worse off if I hadn't received her care and kindness. This was my first time going somewhere for pelvic floor therapy and I was worried it would be awkward or uncomfortable. I couldn't have been more wrong! Dr. Faith was so respectful, gentle, and kind. She told me everything she was going to do before she did it and made sure I was ok as we did the treatments. The facility itself is also great! Parking is a breeze, the office is easy to find. The staff have always been so kind and considerate for scheduling appointments. I only wish they took insurance but the value I get out of my visits is totally worth paying out of pocket for. read more

This business does not care about their patients. I visited consistently for 4 months. After which, a sensitive issue arose and when I tried to contact the owners, or anyone who would listen to me, I was met with an email response letting me know that they do not care about my experience and they won't be giving me a call. My phone calls went unanswered from that point on (they knew it was me with caller ID), and my messages went unreturned. My experience here was disappointing and traumatizing. I have never been treated so poorly by any business, ever. Take your business elsewhere, this business does not deserve your time, money or vulnerability. read more

I fractured my tailbone in July 2022 which got healed but the constant pain was there along with extreme lower back and other issues. I was told by so many people that I will have to live with this pain for the rest of my life. I was recommended to PelvicSanity by my PT in BayArea when I moved to OC and I am so glad I reached out to PelvicSanity. During the evaluation, Dr. Lesley identified the issues right away, explained them to me and jumped right in. I was well informed of her plan during each visit and it worked like wonders for me. I started feeling better since the first visit itself and I am almost pain free in just a few weeks. I was unable to sit on the floor without pain and perform certain yoga routine but now I can not only sit on the floor without cushion, I can perform all the exercises like before without any pain at all. I did Pelvic PT previously in 2016 at Mission Womens Wellness, who took insurance and was very helpful. This year my GI recommended therapy again and did not specify a therapist. Called MWW but it would be a month before I could start, so called around. Pelvic Sanity's website says "Speak To A Human" (see photo). I called during business hours and was surprised to get a voicemail so left a message. Never received a call back period. I read more about them and discovered they do not take insurance, and provide Super-Bills. Note some insurances will not reimburse Super-Bills and if they do the amount is usually based on what they would pay the provider...not 100% so the rest is on you. I found a Pelvic therapist who took my insurance and has been a great experience. Mentioned Pelvic Sanity on my recent GI follow up and he no longer refers patients there. Also mentioned them to my manual PT, who I have been with for 17 years and she does not refer patients to Pelvic Sanity for several reasons including the insurance issue. I pay for insurance and don't have deep pockets to pay for these cash only "Boutique" facilities. If you can't afford cash try MWW, Ocean PT or Luna App with PT's who come to your home. read more

This place has bad specialists working there and questionable ethics. (Do yourself a favor- leave this page and get yourself Luna app- super professional PTs, will come to your place, take insurance and you won't be treated like a peasant by lords) Now my story: I went there at 6 months pregnant with pelvic pain. Their doctor (Lorri- seemed to be a sweet lady) did the diagnostics and gave me 3 simple exercises to do for 2 min a day. I did them at home as she said and instantly felt discomfort. After 2 hours I COULD NOT WALK neither roll over in bed. (Which lasted for 3 days) I got scared called them and asked the doctor to call me back bc I couldn't walk after exercises - she emailed me by the end of the day, saying- oh, just stop the exercises. - I already did stop since I can't stand up, what to do with immobility?! The next day we spoke on the phone ( I'm still in bed- had to cancel work) she started blaming it on me- that it's me who did her exercises wrong, like a child that can't take responsibility for prescribing the wrong thing that stressed my issue even more. (Mistakes happen- just own it!) So I called the owner- Jesse explained what happened, and asked for a refund- that's the least they could do for handicapping me for 3 days. He said they don't give refunds, bc they are a medical facility. "Kind of like pills that you get a side effect from"- He said. I asked maybe they can reimburse me with a session with another doctor- he responded: "NO, IT WON"T BE A GOOD MATCH!" What??? As a business owner myself I can say- the fish rots from it's head. My opinion if they treat people like this they don't deserve our money. PTs from Luna are super awesome- they fixed the issue. As a second opinion they stated that dr. Lorri did make a mistake. So yes, no human with dignity is a good match you and your business, Jesse. Please don't write me fake apologies here just bc people are reading- I know where you stand. Best PT!! I've been going to Nicole for at least five years and then when I got pregnant I was really excited that I already found her! She helped me tremendously during my pregnancy. Sahar and PelvicSanity increased my quality of life so, so much during my 3rd trimester of pregnancy. I had SI joint pain so severe that I could barely function. Traditional PT and chiropractic didn't help at all, and even my OB's office thought that I would remain in pain until after giving birth. I got scammed! My gynecologist recommended this place for urinary incontinence. I went there five times before I was told you don't you dont smell like pee it's probably hormonal! She was sticking her finger up me for what ? What was she treating me for . I was signed up for 5 more visits which I canceled. I called and talked with the office manager . She said she would talk to Sahar and call me back. I left a message and 2 emails and she finally got back to me. She gave a very generic answer of course!she says their people are very skilled and trained and therefore no I won't be getting a refund! If they are so skilled why did it take her 5 visits to tell me I don't smell like pee? They are out of Network which means they don't deal with any insurance and it will cost you more! I've been working with Ellen for several months and it has been an excellent experience. She is my first physical therapist and has been helping me work through my pelvic floor dysfunction. Although my symptoms are mixed and seem to be caused by a wide variety of factors, Ellen has always been helpful in exploring different options and methods of treatment. She has more than once pointed me in directions I hadn't considered that really helped me improve. I appreciate that she has also suggested other specialists who might help me in conjunction with the appointments I have at Pelvic Sanity. The front staff is also very courteous. Going to Pelvic Sanity was one of the best things I have ever done! I had no clue so much of my pain and discomfort had to do with my pelvic floor muscles. My urologist strongly recommended I start PT at Pelvic Sanity. During my first visit Nicole was able to find that my frequent urination had a lot to do with my muscles sending the wrong messages telling my brain I needed to pee. After the second visit my frequent urination decreased and the lower back pain I started having 3 months prior lessened significantly! A few more sessions and my back pain was gone. Nicole is amazing, passionate about what she does, and super knowledgeable. After 15 years of back pain, I came to find out from another PT that I actually had some issues with sacrum rotation/tilting and ligaments in my glutes that were actually a big cause of my lower back pain. He referred me to Nicole, as she could work on these ligaments more directly. After just a handful of treatments, Nicole was able to relax a lot of the spasming that had caused me so much pain for so many years. From my first call and speaking to Carrie in the front office, I knew this was the place that would finally be able to help me.
