Just drive it and make an appointment." End of lease I had new tires put on the car at a cost of $600. We live in Northern Maine and had snow tires put on for safety reasons. With less than 500 miles on the tires the inspector failed them because they weren't OEM. The finance company charged me $300 per tire for a total of $1200! These are the exact same brand that other Honda dealers put on their cars in winter here in Maine. Griffith Honda Dealership said "That's the rules." Overall very poor customer experience. They have lost a customer for a much smaller amount of cash than they would have gleaned from treating me fairly. 2/20/2020: After filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding the charge for the tires, Griffeth Honda waived the charge of $1200 for the tires.

Haley's tire has lost my business. I had been going to them for car service and tires for almost…read more10 years, but their integrity has diminished over the past few years and the brake job I had done almost 2 years ago ($693) was the last business I gave them. I had asked for a valve stem in my tire to be fixed along with the brakes because one tire kept losing air. It wasn't done and I had a flat tire the next day. In spite of taking the car back for the flat tire (at no charge but it was an additional trip for me), they still couldn't figure out why it was going flat. I took it to Century tire and they found 2 nails in it and replaced the stems. This past year, I have had to replace all the work that was done on the brakes because it was done incorrectly. In September I had to have the front calipers replaced and was told "who ever did your brakes didn't put any grease on them". Then last week I had to have the rear brakes replaced because they were "wearing funny". The mechanic told me both inner brake pads were put on the left rear brake, and both outer pads were put on the rear right brake. They've also told me in the past that I needed work done on my car and when I took it to another shop for a second opinion, the work wasn't needed. It's very unfortunate that Haley's is not the shop they used to be.
