I came in excited to finally try this restaurant after seeing all the hype, and while the food was…read moregood, unfortunately, the customer service completely ruined the experience. I visited on 8/22 around 2-3 PM, and the service I received was extremely disappointing. I was charged for two Chipotle Ranch sauces but wasn't informed of the additional charge when I asked for them. As someone who has worked in the service industry, I believe customers should be made aware of additional charges when ordering. The tray also comes with a sauce, but I still had to ask for it. I was genuinely looking forward to having a great experience and sharing a positive review on my socials to continue bringing attention and hype to the restaurant. Unfortunately, after my experience today, I can no longer do that. Also, just a heads-up for anyone planning to visit they are currently not serving alcoholic beverages, so if you're specifically coming for a margarita or another cocktail, keep that in mind. The food was good, but unfortunately, good food doesn't make up for poor customer service. Based on my experience today, I won't be returning. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because the service should match the quality of the food.

They have a lower level that has tables and its more family friendly down there. Also- you can see the huge cases of cakes down there. Wow! We went twice during our week there. Once for dinner and once for lunch. Everything I ate was good. I enjoyed my burger. The mussels were great. And the meatloaf- who doesn't love meatloaf? I asked for mg baked potato "naked" but it was so loud in there, he thought I said "bacon"! Too funny. So you will see my pic with a TON of bacon bits. Service is good. While you're waiting for a table you can line up at the corner of the bar and get drinks. Not much standing room and watch out for servers running through with entrees. Food comes out pretty fast. Servings are huge- a lot of people share. We got a bunch of apps and I had to take my food home! I was too full to finish it. Everything is reasonably priced. They have their own parking lot and then there's a bigger one just across the street.

They have something for everyone. The lunch special open faced turkey sandwich was at least three portions and so tasty. The turkey was cooked to perfect and the sandwich bread they used reminded me of a lobster roll. The blacken chicken sandwich was also cooked wonderfully and well seasoned with a great spicy sauce. The sweetness of the potato fries were nice to balance out the heat from the chicken. I will definitely return to this place for a great brunch/lunch spot!

We were seated but then it took a long time (maybe 5 minutes) for a server to come over. We ordered coffee and waters and then when the server came back we ordered our dishes. I wanted the Killer bisquits and sausage gravy and my wife ordered overnight oats. Just so you know they have a daily flavor choice and it took a few minutes for the server to find out what that day's flavor was. We waited for around 10 minutes talking and someone brought our dishes. My wife got her's fine and mine was something completely different. I told the person who brought it what I ordered and she said, yes that was not it. The server showed up again and said she was sorry about the "mix-up"...I don't know I am pretty clear when I order and something that has "killer and gravy" shouldn't be unclear. After more time passed the server came around again and said she would check to see what was going on....then came around again to say "it's still not here?" No, it was not there or I would be eating it. After I want to say around 15 minutes passed I finally got the food and had to chow it down because we needed to be someplace before the rain was going to start. But then the server came over and said to my wife (not me), I took the dish off you didn't order. Really, you took the dish off I dish I didn't order and charged me FULL price for the order I did and then no further discount....how nice of you. There was no manager to be seen or I would have said something then, but then my wife said don't, so I didn't and now this is the review that the Frothy Rooster gets because the server needed a clue and then did not do anything except make a good breakfast bad. If any management wants to contact me about this experience feel free to do so.
