The management team has judgement statements to make about customers all the time. Half the time they don't do the things a customer ask for. The lite skin girl always has a bad attitude and acts as she is better than everyone else. Always catches an attitude. read more

This is a beautiful car wash with nice landscaping and the most expensive Pelican Car wash with the worse operations. What ever gold plated services you purchase (DONT) as it will be a waste of money. You pay for tire shine but notice the machines never tire shine your tires and this was my fourth visit experiencing this. Take a piece of paper tower and wipe and notice nothing will be on it. This is the most neglected space in Laplace. Please wash somewhere else until owner address with consistency of correction to mitigate. read more

Went to car wash around 9 am today, not busy. The young black attendant that guides the vehicles into the car wash appears to have a chip on his shoulder. Had a frown on his face, acted as though he hated his job. Went back to car wash around 10 am with my husband to get his vehicle washed. I did not mention the rudeness of the attendant. Sure enough, he seemed put out to be working. In my profession, I work with the public. It's an expectation to be courteous. He needs to get over himself or find another job. read more

This car wash is the greatest car was in St. John The Baptist Parish No car wash in the area can even come close to the customer service, the outcome of wash, the freedom to detail until your hearts content. So I think I got to the car wash around 6:30 pm and I was trying to get my truck washed before it got dark. My truck is kinda big so it takes me a while to detail it. one of the employees of the car wash came over and put some tire shine on my tires for me and helped me with cleaning my floor mats. I have never had service like that at any car wash that I go to, and I go a lot. If your going to go to a car wash in Laplace, I recommend stopping at Pelican Pointe car wash. read more
