You will not find this in Germany but here. The way it works is you receive an empty bowl, you select a sauce (highly recommend the curry!), and then walk over to the food bar and help yourself to meats, veggies, fruits, etc. My advise, since this is unlimited, try one or two meats at a time, take small portions, and keep going back for more - this way you can try all the various sauces & meats without mixing them together.

There is no wasabi so this might have been toned down for the elderly or those not familiar with Japanese horseradish. Still staff is friendly and food is delicious. I had the curry chicken dish. The chicken was thin and all white meat. The veggies were crispy. We had lunch and would return.
