People at the village recommended Barbour B&B so we decided to stay here. The inside of the B&B was very classy and cool even without an AC and I really liked how they decorated the rooms. Bed had a high count thread sheets, nice fluffy pillows and clean hardwood floor. I was able to spread my body on this comfortable bed and have a good night sleep. One disappointing thing was that the walls were very thin. We heard the next door guest's TV until late at night. The TV was located right behind our headboard so it was pretty loud. Thank goodness for the ear plugs, but my husband could not sleep well because of the noises. I really appreciate the kind thoughts on having a TV in each room, but for B&B I prefer not to have TV in each room for this reasons. Free wi-fi was a nice addition and the kitchen area was well stocked with tea and coffee for guests to enjoy. For breakfast, we got a food coupon to use at the diner right across from the street. This diner served nice and delicious meal so we walked to the restaurant and had both dinner and breakfast. Overall this was a nice place to stay. Very friendly staff and clean and reasonably priced.
