It had to be at least 4-5 bedrooms, land with waterviews, have commercial space for my business and a workshop for my husband. It was basically a unicorn house lol. We also had to sell our existing home to be able to afford the new house. Due to our large family, we didn't want to move into temporarily housing. We wanted to list our house once we found the perfect new home. Other realtors told us this was nearly impossible. Pat was extremely patient with us and after a year we found the perfect house that was needed some TLC but had everything our family needed. After our home inspection, Pat & Ross negotiated a contract for $37k less than original asking price. This gave us the needed wiggle room in our budget for improvements. We then listed our old house on the market. Pat did wonderful with staging the home, as well as the listing photos and walkthrough video. She had an open house the next day and we had a full price offer. We were able to close on our old house at 10am on a Thursday and then close on our new house the same day at noon.
