We had a pool installed and configured by Pegasus Pools and Spas, and the initial work and setup + customer care was great. But going forward we've found them almost impossible to get hold of for maintenance questions and requests for help. Their phone doesn't ring - it either doesn't get answered, or goes to mailbox (which subsequently tells you it's full), and they are not replying to e-mails on their main info e-mail address either.
So once they've done the initial work they don't seem interested in follow up work. We're happy to pay for maintenance and follow up work, but we literally cannot get hold of them. read more
