I worked with Katrina from Pegasus Planning for a corporate conference in Ft. Lauderdale this January and I was very impressed on all ends. Katrina has a delightful personality. She's very bubbly and easy to talk to and she genuinely wants to help anyone who has an issue or need. The program that Pegasus Planning planned was executed very well. I appreciated the team that welcomed the guests at the register table. The conference hallway and ballroom was very easy to locate. There was a easy-to-read schedule every day that explained where the break out rooms were. I also enjoyed the receptions in the evening. One in particular was a lot of fun because it was Western theme. As we got on the elevator to head up to the event space, Katrina and her team handed all the guests fun Western wear including cowboy hats, bandanas and stick on mustaches. It was a small detail that got guests involved and was a fun conversation starter. The event space ended up being Western theme with rope and flower centerpieces, cowboy cutouts for photo opportunities, a western-style menu and more. Everyone had fun! I would love to work with Pegasus Planning in the future. I have no complaints about the conference and I'm sure their team had a lot to do with that! read more
