No!! Not here, the group assignment on your ticket is of no concern. And then you find out why - everyone rushes to the line and then you find out you're not actually boarding a plane but being taken by bus all around the outside of the airport . Do you leave after the bus is full? No! They stuff you in like a sardine and then you stand for 30 minutes before being taken to the plane. Then everyone bales off and it's like a gladiator fight to reach the stairs up to the plane. No wonder Italy is a haven for pickpockets (don't get me started on the buses or the train stations) with everyone shoving and crunching all of the time. The room was comfortable and did its job. We appreciated the large bed, the bath tub, and the small gym, which even had a balcony so you could cool off outside after a workout. One downside was the lobby, which was extremely hot and uncomfortable throughout our stay. Check-in wasn't the smoothest either--it seemed like the staff might have been training, as there were three people at the desk chatting around a computer and no one acknowledged us for several minutes. That said, the service improved after that point, and the staff was helpful and friendly for the rest of our stay. If you're looking for a reasonably priced place within walking distance of the city center and train station, this could be a good fit--just don't expect luxury or too many perks.

When we booked a reservation we entered our license information from the US, no error message was given, it allowed us to make the reservation. Upon our arrival at the airport in Bologna, they refused to give us our rental because we did not have an international drivers license. Also, they refused to give us our money back. This is a total SCAM, they allow people to book a car and then they refuse the rental without giving you your money back. I have been traveling through Italy for about 3 months, we have driven everywhere and had never had any issue with other car rental companies. Our driver was exceptionally helpful, carrying some of our luggage to our apartment as the street was car free on weekends, so we had a short walk.
