In today's for self-service on a large bathroom mat. While I do laundry at home all of the time, o was uncertain on which machine to utilize on this mat. Ms. Mary is on duty today and provided me with outstanding service. (Note) in order to purchase laundry products from the dispenser you must place your correct change in the soda machine (next to it). You then have .30 seconds to select your product. read more

The door to the washer i loaded my clothes in did not latch. I switched over from that $8 machine to the $7 and he only gave me the $7 for the new one. He offered to put detergent since i already had everything poured in the other machine. I just came back to take my clothes out, and they dont smell clean. Almost like if i washed them with water only. Their prices are high for the machines and they have raised the prices twice since i first started coming here 2 years ago. Its the only clean washer thats within a distance that allows me to wash my clothes after work, if not i would've been dropped them for a different ones. Oh and, their washers have mold in the door windows. read more

I took my clothes for a wash and fold. When I got home I noticed one of my work shirt and a t shirt was stain. I called and ask what can be done and Manager/claims manager said nothing because they are not responsible for any damage she told me it was posted in the Laundry mat but I told her it was not posted in the Drive through and how is anyone supposed to know they are not responsiblefor any damages if its not posted "she told me Sir I don't know " didn't offer to re clean the clothing or anything. Funny thing is I have dropped off clothing to them every week for 6 months. So I don't recommend this place - 1 read more

Paid for expedited dry cleaning. Ticket said after 5:30pm indicating to me and the 7 other folks here waiting for our nowhere to be found laundry, that our dry cleaning would be here. It's not. No explanation, no call to find out where it is. Nope. Just the comment that our tickets said after 5:30pm. Which in this backwards lil place means, it'll be delivered to the laundromat after 5:30pm-11pm So I paid to get my laundry today, but I'll maybe get it tomorrow. If the truck ever gets here. I'll have to guess on when, or if. Bottom line, staffs rude. Tickets & pickup times are useless. They'll definitely charge you wether they fulfill their end of the transaction or not. read more

We use this laundromat to do our weekly laundry ourselves while traveling. Per visit, we typically spend about $30 or so in quarters to do laundry. We usually use about 4 washers/dryers each week to do our family's laundry. That is fine. The laundromat itself is well kept. That's where the 1 star comes in. However, I will not be giving our business to this place again. We decided to try out their "wash and fold" service. We were told it's $14/load. We brought our usual 4 loads of laundry. As I mentioned we typically spend around $30 there, so we were expecting the price to maybe double using their wash and fold service. I nearly stumbled when they gave us the total of $183!!!! This was for 4 half empty laundry bags and a small load of hand towels. We did not ask for special sorting or any special instructions on those, nothing that would bring our price up so much. They didn't even separate lights and darks. Turns out, when they use the $6 "4 load washers" they charge for each "load" , so they use one $6 washer for a normal size load and charge you $14 x 4 for it!! This is highway robbery! When we returned home after paying that ridiculous amount, we were even more disappointed to find not only a sloppy folding job, but half the clothes were inside out!! What on earth is the point of paying nearly $200 for a "wash and fold" service if you just have to unfold everything because it's inside out! In addition, a family member's sport bra came back with one of the pads missing. The bra is now completely useless with only one pad. We basically paid 6x what we normally would to just drop our clothes off for washing and get robbed. Terrible business, would not recommend to anyone. read more
