I requested reimbursement for estate expenses - and was told I wouldn't get anything until the estate was closed and to stop contacting them. I have gone in for reimbursement before and was rudely told that funds need to be available - which I abruptly advised there were thousands of dollars available. Why immediately be rude to someone when you know NOTHING about an account? My voicemails are ignored / calls not returned and only certain emails "get lost." To say this establishment is a disgrace is an understatement. We were forced to use them due to my father's will.
