Rented a 2 bedroom apartment for Biketoberfest. Beautiful units with an amazing view. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly. The best part is that's it's quite. As I rode along A1A there were lots of motorcycles parked in front of the hotels. To me, that would equate to lots of noise at night. This property is clean and quiet...perfect. read more

Spent a week here with family. Very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, nice condo overall. They have a club room with access to a pool table, ping pong, even have a hot tub, kitty pool and regular sized pool. Whenever we saw staff they were very nice. A manager there had suggested places for us to eat. Would go again for sure. read more

1 out of 2 elevators were broken our entire stay (6 days) for a building with 26+ floors. Leaving was an absolute nightmare and if there's more than 6 people on the elevator it breaks. We had to take the stairs up/down 20 floors multiple times as an only option. Someone also came into our room without any notice (Airbnb). read more

Older building needs a lot of work. The maintenance lady is a sweet heart but office staff isn't friendly. Stayed here for a week and condo was nice but again the building is old and is a mess. Needs updating. The parking garage is designed horrible! Horrible entrance too. Very confusing and an accident waiting to happen. read more

From the outside the building has lots of blemishes and needs some TLC in the form of paint but on the inside the views of the city and ocean are spectacular! I visited some of my in-laws who rented a condo here and the space was really nice. It was enough room to sleep 7 or 8 and every room had such and amazing view. The views would have been great to paint. I was a little nervous to stay on the balcony since we were on the 23rd floor so I stayed inside and enjoyed my view. I did not meet any staff and a resident was nice enough to code me in when I came to visit so no complaints there. It's a great little place to stay when you're in town for a destination wedding. Peck Plaza - Perfect view of ocean and the inlet - Daytona Beach, Florida

I have stayed at Peck Plaza (19th fl.) on many occasions, and absolutely love it. Last time some construction in the parking area, but very tolerable. It is one of the oldest buildings in Daytona, but very clean, with a family atmosphere. Just don't go when the "love bugs" are out and about. (lol) I would recommend it to anyone. I would leave negative stars if I could. Firstly I would like to say that the room was very nice and updated. There were nice appliances and the room looked newly remodeled. Reasons I would never come back to peck plaza are as follows: manager and owner of peck plaza are rude to all guests, including making snide remarks and pointing to rule signs in condescending manners. They have no respect for their guests. Also you have to wear cover ups when riding down in the elevator until you get outside to the pool. You aren't allowed to drink any alcoholic beverages in the billiards room or the ping pong room. On the tv in each room, they have live streaming cameras of the lobby and the outside door. In the billiards room there are sex books with underlined graphic sex parts and my 13 year old son unintentionally read them. Lastly, there was construction in the pool area/ deck that was very confusing and annoying to maneuver through. We have met people here who have the same thoughts as us. The manager/owner make up rules as they go and shouldn't have a beach side resort if they are going to be acting like this. We will never give any good reviews of this resort and will never return to this place. This ruined Daytona for us. read more
