Somebody made a left in front of me while I was riding a motorized bicycle at 40mph. I went to the hospital and almost died. I googled accident lawyers and called two before I got to Peck Law. Spoke with Spencer in detail about our case said he will take on the case. He sent us a retainer documents lighting fast and everything and we signed them. He said he will have his nurse review the medical records in a couple days or a week to see about the strength if the case but should be just fine. Well three weeks later due his nurse being on vacation just got a call stating that the nurse is going off the medical records which are false and that it will be a very difficult case to prove and therefore he is not taking on the case. So a nurse has to them him if a case is worth fighting for. Gave us false hope and then dropped like it was nothing.
