I never felt out of place. We arrived to a clean site. Didn't find anything to complain about. We stayed here for 3 nights and it made life easier while exploring the city of Austin and San Antonio. The sewage drain was higher up hill than my trailer dump. the electrical hookup is 50' away. the WIFI coverage is okay but kicks you off every 30min. Horrible. Good Luck getting back any deposits.

The community is very well kept and the management team is friendly, professional and helpful. We have lots and lots of trees and birds to enjoy thruout the community. Also the Gus Garcia Recreational Center is right next door and we have a fire station less that a block away in case it is ever needed.Every lot has a 2 car driveway for safe parking and lighting thruout the community.
