I took a test at this location and the experience was ok however, I felt like they were upset when I needed to go to the bathroom and at the end when I left the one staff member didn't have good customer service they other proctor was sweet and very nice. I had a great experience with this testing facility! The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Everything was clean and well organized.

I went to the testing center this morning for one of my certification exams and left very unhappy. During my exam, one of the employees named Mary came up to check something at my desk which was distracting. I left it alone until she came back again a few minutes later to ask me to move to another testing cubicle because another student (who came after me) needed the space. This not only distracted me, but also took me out of my element and I lost focus. I was doing fairly well before this happened but, unfortunately, I did not pass my exam. My test like any controlled test, was difficult and stressful so I needed full concentration. Although my failure is not all on Mary, she played a large part in taking me out of focus which caused me to fail, putting me farther behind in my career and wasting $200 on a test I'll have to take again.
