Her tactics are full of lies and excuses. She practices feelings and not law. Lawyers are supposed to submit factual information when in fact this lady will do everything in her power to lie and be dishonest. Ive been dealing with Michelle in a custody case over 1 child from a non martial past which Michelle filed false information from the beginning. Her information is bogus and full of direct lies. From Oct 2024 till now May 2025 and still going Michelle continues to delay, delay and delay by making false statements leading to confusion and delays. If you want things wrapped up in a timely manner this is not the lawyer to go with in fact she will make a simple case complicated and create turmoil between the parties with no solutions other then her lies. A example of advocating Michelle does is waste time in mediation for child custody advocating for her clients for old washers and dryers. She would rather worry about petty items vs resolving outstanding issues for the child and parents. But she obviously doesn't care about anyone involved other then dragging her feet, procrastinating to collect a pay check. Why would a lawyer with ethics submit findings that homes are paid off?? Mortgage free? But include deeds with mortgages listed on the deed in your exhibits? Isn't that a conflicting dishonest statement. That you submitted. One way or another if it didn't matter that the homes have mortgages or not it's your duty to submit facts and not lies. Case law, exhibits, or any other example you should submit factual information especially when you have it in your hands. You have access to all kinds of public data bases to make sure accurate information is submitted. Why would you continue to push false claims that business that supposedly open and operational when they are listed on the state of Kentucky website as inactive, not on tax filings and has been inactive for years? With no bank transactions happening? Because Michelle is a unethical lawyer that will push false narratives, to cause delays and drag her feet with hopes she can find a way for her lies to work. This lady is terrible at practicing law and should be avoided at all cost unless your game plan is to accomplish nothing. Michelle tactics affect everyone involved other then her. Most people want divorces, custody and child support wrapped up in a timely manner so things are figured out, lives can move forward and people can move on in life. Please avoid this lawyer if you want issues resolved or you care about your child's needs getting resolved in a timely manner
