I first communicated with Creaser Jewelers via email, and they were very responsive and helpful. When I finally made it into the store, I felt very at ease. The staff was happy to show me as many rings as I wanted to see. They eagerly helped me search within my fairly modest budget, and they never pressured me to make a purchase I wasn't sure of. In fact, they encouraged me to be 100% certain before putting any money down. At first, the ring I wanted seemed to be out of my budget. The saleswoman and jeweler (Dennis Creaser) were happy to help. Dennis found a beautiful stone of slightly lower karat value. The stone fit within the band I loved and within my budget. Perfect! They made and shipped the ring very promptly. I have since had the ring serviced twice by them - once for a resizing and once for general wear. Neither issue was their fault, and they gladly did the repair free of charge. In summary, Creaser Jewelers has beautiful pieces and ideal customer service. I highly recommend them!

It went something like this: My husband and I walk into the store. The woman is with a customer and we start browsing. The store is cramped and cluttered and we keep walking to the back of the store where it looks like there are more goods. The woman, still in conversation with the other customer, starts frantically waving at me and barks "can I help you?" Thinking she is genuine I say "no thanks, I'm just looking." "I can see you're looking" she snaps, and indicates that we almost entered the supply room, which has no door or sign and looks eerily like the rest of the store. I innocently say, "oh that's not the store?" "Does that look like a store?" And she continues her conversation with the other customer, never acknowledging us again. Frankly, I would rather go to joann fabrics and buy fake flowers from china then be treated like this. Unbelievable. Will never go back. Ever.
