Difficult to get an appointment and often they change days/times. Central office staff is terrifically rude. Not recommended.

Unfortunately, our experience with the radiologist was very different. The radiologist's communication and manner were upsetting and, in my opinion, lacked compassion toward a young child and her mother during a stressful situation. A child experiencing a medical emergency deserves patience, reassurance, and kindness, and parents deserve to feel supported rather than distressed. seen 7/21 right before midnight

When I called the office twice to ask for my results one of the staff asked in an irritated tone why I was so concerned! I answered that a preliminary test suggested that I had thyroid cancer! I also found my results on the portal and adjusted my own meds and consulted my GP since Dr P. couldn't fit me in. Also I was left on Metformin for a very long time without being informed of the side effects of long term use. I left this doc and now my GP manages my Endo needs.
