My next interaction with the live instructor he fell asleep. My next interaction was scheduled for 6:15 and he didn't show up until 6:30. A little disrespectful of other peoples time. I'm sure he's a good guy, but my time is valuable too.

There is just that one thing... this location is right next to Soho Lounge, which really only matters when you're doing a class, let's say the Happy Hour class on Friday night, and shavasana is less silent corpse pose, more bass shaking walls. My solution would be to either play some music, or skip shavasana all together and maybe do a restorative pose - I mean it is supposed to be happy hour, right? Oh, and in a different class, the instructor was playing Christian music, which I didn't think was appropriate/made any sense.

The park lot was confusing, they gave me the wrong room number, the door to the building was locked. PLUS, I couldn't call them either to ask them how to get in or where they even were (it went straight to the answering machine). Didn't even call me to ask if something happened. Tells me how compassionate they actually are. People come here for mental problems, and they don't even treat you with decency of waiting for a few more minutes on a bad road day. What an ordeal.
