I recently bought a home off market and went to move in this past holiday weekend (Memorial Day). Upon moving in, I realized the house wasn't cleaned in the slightest. Dirty baseboards, dusty closets, grimy bathroom floors. An absolute nightmare. I reached out to Christina about this who responded immediately. Trevor, the owner, was at my house same day to look things over and help schedule the clean for the weekend. The following day, Audrea spent the morning cleaning and Sabrina finished that afternoon. Audrea was then back again Sunday morning to finish cleaning. She wasn't happy with how the bathroom floors looked even after cleaning and put in a lot of effort to figure out how to get the dirt and grout out of the bathroom tiles. She did an amazing job making the floor look almost new. It wasn't perfect, but I'm not sure if the bathroom floors had been cleaned in 10+ years. She went to Home Depot before coming over that day and worked with Trevor to find a cleaning solution to help with the floors. That kind of effort is rare these days! Both ladies did an amazing job cleaning my home and helping me feel more comfortable when I was very unhappy upon moving in. I'm so appreciative of Christina and Trevor for the amount of effort they put in to help me in this terrible situation. The fact that 2 of their cleaners were able to come over the holiday weekend so last minute tells me everything I need to know about this company. Trevor was also there for a final walkthrough once the job was complete. Customer service is a dying art in this world and having a company put in the amount of effort that they did for such an extreme request at the last minute says more about them than I could put into words. I would recommend Heritage Shine Cleaners to anyone because of this alone. They are reliable, hardworking, and communicative. Will definitely be continuing to use them moving forward.

I really wanted to give this company the opportunity to make things right, but unfortunately I was…read moredisappointed multiple times. The original cleaning did not provide what was promised. Before-and-after photos were also supposed to be provided, but only before photos were taken. This was especially frustrating because the after photos would have documented the condition of the home when the cleaner finished and the areas that were left untouched. After I raised my concerns, I was offered a complimentary touch-up with a different cleaner. Unfortunately, the replacement cleaner had to leave early because her boyfriend needed the car, so once again the cleaning was not completed as promised. What disappointed me most was that after all of this, the owner never followed up to see if the issue had actually been resolved. After paying $210 for the original service and giving them another opportunity to correct it, I still did not receive the service I was promised. I really wanted to be able to recommend them, but this was a huge disappointment and ultimately a waste of money. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I would like to formally and sincerely express my gratitude for the amazing work you accomplished. You went over-and-beyond my expectations by not only cleaning and making the apartment look brand new, but you packed my clothes and made it such that I did not have to do that given the severity of my allergies. I showed the pictures to the pastor of my church, my family, and friends and they were amazed at the high-quality of work that you produced. I would put the pictures here but I do not have a single picture of the before and condition of the apartment and mess made by the "cat." You came in and made what could have been a bad situation so much better. Your desire to make sure you met my expectations was simply...AH-MAZE-ING. You made me feel like I was a priority and made time for me and not only that--your attention to detail and the results of your work were way beyond what I had hoped for. I don't know what I would do without you and the chance meeting we had waiting for drivers licenses. All too often the hard work that cleaners do goes unnoticed or unappreciated and I just had to say and let everyone know that the service you provide will not disappoint. I promise that. So for anyone reading this recommendation hoping to find someone to help you with your residence or your office or even apartment managers or owners looking for a reliable cleaning service, look no further. Couple's Cleaning Service is the only place you need to call. They are likely the most dependable and efficient house cleaner that I have had. They worked very quickly with lots of energy. Their work included general housecleaning duties like sweeping, vacuuming, scrubbing and dusting, doing laundry, making beds, taking out garbage, and various other things. Now they maintain their work and do other tasks like cleaning the refrigerator or folding laundry. I thought it would be kind of weird having people all around in my house, but it hasn't been weird at all. All of the cleaners have been super kind and very professional.
