Messed up Mr. Perry was further commissioned to put up a wooden fence surrounding my mothers property, however and unfortunately Mr. Perry did not tell my mother he had other jobs working simultaneously, and did fits and starts with the fence. He did a credible job with framing and posting but he didn't show when he said he would to complete the work after 2-weeks. We contacted Trey who agreed to care for the lawn for $150 per month. We could not be more pleased with the quality of service Trey and his crew provided. In addition to just mowing the yard they also disposed of the dead fall (a lot of trees in the yard) and edged the walk ways and driveway. Even the neighbors made comments on the quality of service that Trey provided. My wife and I went by the house over the Thanksgiving holiday and noticed that not only was the yard well maintained but even the flower beds had been weeded. We also noticed that the gutters needed cleaning so we contacted Trey about this. for $95 not only would he clean the gutters (this is a story and a half house) but also clean the roof as well.
