Terrible experience with these guys. Moved out early from my apartment to begin a medical internship/take board exams. Disconnected my AC and appliances but made the mistake of not having my name removed from the account.
Find out a few months later that I am being charged almost $300 for whoever is currently at the property. Offered to show lease agreement that states my lease end date as well as the fact that the current tenant is legally obligated to show proof of electric in their name for residence. They didn't care, all they wanted was their pound of flesh. Frankly its even possible that they are double billing that apartment to myself and the current tenant. No shame. read more
