Have used chucks sense moving to the area 7 years ago. Used to have great service and turn around…read morewhen having deer processed, however in the past couple years I have made the drive from Iva only to be turned away one several occasions. Once with a deer to be mounted. Would recommend using Harpers meat for processing and try Kevin Turner in Starr for your taxidermy needs. Haven't been disappointed with these two yet and both are reasonably priced.
