I was referred to this company for a new patio door handle with lock. I sent pictures and was told which door handle to order. I ordered it and when it arrived it had no lock on it, and no place for a lock. I called the company and they were so difficult to deal with over the phone. When I called and pushed the button for English, everything was in French. I don't speak French so I asked for someone who could communicate in English and finally spoke with a person whose English was very limited. It was extremely frustrating for both of us but I was told to return the part and they would pay for shipping and I would get my refund of approximately $150. I got a refund for Less than $100. When I emailed back to tell them that I should receive The full amount I heard absolutely nothing back. They were very unprofessional and unhelpful With a sense of arrogance. It was their person that recommended this specific lock so I don't know why I should have to be out of pocket. Horrible experience and still need a "stick" in my door to secure it.
