We first hired Better View…read moreto renovate our deck, and when their work was so superb, we called them back to put on a new roof. We own a condo and share a joint roof with our neighbor. We love our new roof and both our neighbor and we are so relieved to have it done and installed so professionally, affordably, and with great attention. Some of the roof wood was rotted underneath, and we would have had real problems in the winter, but in spite of that setback New View completed the job in a day and a half. Their cleanup was meticulous. Everybody on the crew was so kind and worked so long and hard. Juan is the kindest, most knowledgeable contractor and took care of every single thing. Can't say enough great things about this company. Thank you, Better View Restoration! Oh, and they're coming back to replace our siding. Wouldn't have anybody else!

Allen Nunnekamp has done very good work for us…read more He has had to dig out a sewer pipe for us by hand in order to find our problem (tree roots) and replace the pipe and he fixed it so any blockages can be removed without digging again. He also replace our furnace/airconditioner. In the last year he was able to trouble shoot a couple of problems for us and get it fixed. The last one he told us we could change the water condenser pump ourselves that saved us some money. And we could do it! His office manager left the pump outside for me to pick up so I didn't have to wait on it as he was going to be out of the office. Allen usually makes our place the last on the list for the day if we do need his service since we are neighbors and that way we get a chance to visit and catch up on the latest. Thanks Allen for the great service.
