Everyone needs to reach out to them and experience the top notch service and quality product they bring to the table. Great job guy Ok folks here we go again. I'm going to update my JCADS review. Today we are moving into a bigger apartment in the same building. Who you gonna call ? We didn't call Ghostbusters. We called JCADS. It seems they're our first call after our family. Well they've come on time, professional and as always amazing at what they do. Moved our TVs and floating shelves. I don't just recommend JCADS I promise you that you will be thrilled. At first I thought maybe it was something simple since I'm not very tech savvy but after the guy came I realized there was some damage but the IT guy was super knowledgeable. They were amazing. They evaluated my current system, which is also integrated into an AV system, wrote up a proposal which I accepted. The system they installed is amazing. I have never had as good a WiFi system in terms of strength of signal, speed and reliability. As important, this Smart Start does what they say they will do without any surprises. They call when they say they will call, show up for appointments on time and really back up their services. In my case there has been nothing to do, since their system is working perfectly, but Smart Start Network has followed up a couple of times in the first 30 days after installation to make sure I was 100% satisfied. If you have a WiFi system you want installed, or have an existing system you would like upgraded I would highly recommend Smart Start Network. Lastly, Phil was the senior technician on my job and was phenomenal. Gina works in the office and is fantastic as well. This is my first Yelp review. I felt compelled to endorse this company because they are a breath of fresh air in NYC, where quality of product and service are often hard to find!

Tamas determined that Optimum and Verizon technicians incorrectly installed patches that were short term fixes and left behind "the other guy's" cables and connectors that were not connected. In fact, the Verizon Extender was not transmitting a signal and was merely a fixture on the mantle below the tv. Not only did Tamas clean up the mess others left behind, but he patiently explained what he was doing every step of the process.
