They refused to look at their mistake without charging me $80. The staff is short and rude to you over the phone and in person. For this to be a small business, they should treat customers better because we all can find better options. DO NOT take your business here unless you want to be overcharged and frustrated.

My PC computer screen was broken. It cost around $115 to replace, which is reasonable. It took a…read morecouple days for the screen to be shipped to the location. They said it would be ready for pickup in about a week. I took one star off because they didn't call to say it was ready to be picked up. I waited longer and then called, and they said it had been ready for a while. I recommend they call to let people know it's ready. Some people especially rely on electronics for work or school. If it's an Apple screen, there's a greater chance it'll be in stock and can replace the same day. There are a lot of different kinds of PCs, so they might have to ship them in from another location. Overall, I would come here again. The price is reasonable and the screen was properly replaced.
