I found being insured with this agent unsustainable. They do…read morenot answer their phone and I had nothing but problems with them. For example, I couldn't even get them to simply give me proof of insurance to have in my car after paying for the upcoming 3 months. They could manage, however, to call me numerous times to try to argue (with irrelevant information) about it . It was just ridiculous. I felt if I couldn't even rely on them to send me a piece of paper without a hassle I certainly wasn't comfortable having them as my agents if something more serious were to occur. I've since changed to AAA where they answer the phone, the agent is very professional and helpful and my rate is lower too.
