She will answer the phone while she's counting money. If you say good night to her she wouldn't respond back. Like I don't know that's just me when I go to places specially backs or checking places I like to be treated right. The place needs to be maintained a bit better and a security guard will be very nice if they hire one. Specially around that area.

There is usually a small line whenever I come here and only a couple of lanes open. Although the employees here are relatively friendly and helpful, the service could be faster. The facility is clean and well maintained. I've observed an employee sweeping or mopping the floor in the past. Went in for a routine check cashing and coin voucher. I don't know what these ladies were going through tonight but they were a bit hostile behind that glass. I had a particularly heavy woman with dreadlocks call me up. I tell her I have a voucher and a check I give her my voucher and wait for her to be done with that. She does the voucher and then just snaps asking for the check. Meanwhile on the left of me the other cashier is having an argument with another customer. I just want to get out of here at this point. As I'm leaving yet another customer is seemingly getting upset at the register. Maybe they haven't eaten yet, maybe they just don't want to work, maybe it's just not a good day for them lol. But there needs to be a bit of an attitude adjustment at this place. This job isn't that hard. I've never been in a cashing place that was this confrontational. Guess I'll be going to the other one in Nostrand next time.
