Came back Thursday at 6 (taking time out of work) and J_____ is there again, and he does the 'evaluation'. After 30 minutes I came back and he tells me that I need new crank bearings (I know!), and that I need a new cassette, new chain, new brake and gear cables, and new brake pads. Total cost £130. I had a FULL service (all of these things) 2 months ago. Dude- I just want my bearings changed. J______ (who is not a technician) tells me to phone on Sunday to make an appointment with the technician for next week. Complete waste of time. Dishonest. Useless. I'm never going back.

Got another mot at a small local garage to make sure and they said the shock absorbers were pretty much fine but would probably need replacing this year at some point.
