Thinking this was a scam, I called to see what they had to say at which point they put me on the phone with one of their "tax relief consultants." He informed me that the IRS had sent a notice to a PO box which I hadn't used in 14 years and they had already taken action against my assets. The guy wouldn't tell me how he obtained this info then I informed him that I file a federal tax return ever year and that it was strange that the IRS didn't have my current mailing address. He started fumbling at this point and said there was a mistake and he was getting a call from a client who owed a million dollars in taxes and hung up. This was the biggest BS scam attempt that I have ever seen and I'm sure they would have taken any money that I would have been willing to give. Don't know how people sleep at night pulling this kind of shady maneuver.

She truly went to the ends of the earth for my mom and our family, and I will always be grateful for her persistence, knowledge, patience, and kindness. Mary is exceptional at what she does, but more importantly, she truly cares about the people she is helping. Having someone like her in our corner during such an overwhelming process made all the difference. I cannot recommend Mary and Helping Hands highly enough.
