We could not be happier with the service we received from Stinky Tails!…read more Our small patio and turf had definitely seen better days after rain, leaves, debris, visiting wildlife and the occasional grand-dog visit. It had gotten to the point where it just didn't feel as fresh or clean as we wanted it to, and we weren't quite sure what it would take to bring it back to life. The difference after Stinky Tails finished was AMAZING! Our patio was absolutely spotless, smelled fresh and clean, and both our outdoor rug and turf looked practically brand new. Even walking barefoot outside felt completely different! What we appreciated most was the care and attention put into the job. This is one of those services you don't realize how much you'll appreciate until you see and feel the difference afterward. We are incredibly grateful for such exceptional service and absolutely thrilled with the results. Stinky Tails has earned a repeat customer in us, and we will happily be using them again! I deleted my initial review - however I am extremely shaken up from my experience that was far from…read morenormal. During a scheduled walk, the walker lost my house keys, which had my full address labeled on them. I was in therapy and unable to respond for about 30 minutes. When I did, I had to explain that the keys were labeled with my address; only then did the company bring up calling a locksmith. As a result, my 10-year-old dog was left outside with the walker for an hour, and would have been outside for much longer if a friend hadn't picked him up. It took 3 hours to resolve this issue. The company did pay for the locksmith, but communication was limited unless I initiated it in regard to status of the locksmith, and the owner said she would look for the keys but did not. I was also charged a cancellation fee on a separate day, despite explaining I cancelled because my grandmother had passed away and I had stayed home from work. They also charge $10 extra for "a late booking". Based on this experience and the safety concerns involved, I would not use this service again. The owner communicated with me respectfully but again my safety (single woman living alone) and my dog's safety were jeopardized - while the issue was resolved I'm shocked it happened in the first place. I'm sure this company delivers great services outside of this mistake but I can't keep this to myself as it was extremely upsetting and has NEVER happened in my 10 years of being a dog owner using multiple services.

When I arrived at the shop, the staff mentioned there would be an additional charge because huskies take longer to dry, which I understood. They said it would be about $10-$15 extra, which I agreed to. I dropped my dog off around 1 PM and didn't hear back until about 4 PM. When I arrived to pick up my dog, I was told they had given my husky a deshedding treatment and the total came out to $140. The issue for me isn't necessarily the price itself--it's that the cost kept changing throughout the process. If the full price had been communicated clearly from the start, I wouldn't have had a problem. The shop itself is nice and I've taken my dogs here before, but because of this experience I probably won't be returning.
