They have high quality dog food and a selection of collars and leashes (what I shop for most commonly). Most of the prices are extemely reasonable. They have adoptable fish, reptiles and small animals. The have adoptable cats from local rescues. They have the self-serve dog bath and the manager is available most days for nail cutting. The animals in the store are VERY well cared for, with pretty much daily water and bedding changes (I know firsthand). This used to be an excellent facility offering great grooming and kennel service, however this is not the case anymore. The new owners are terrible. My dog was housed here for one week and barely made it out alive. He contracted lyme disease from this facility and would not eat or drink anything when he got home. He needed immediate medical attention, or he would have died. Clearly the place is not clean and vaccination records are not being checked upon admission. I am so disappointed in this place because it used to be excellent. The staff would interact with the dogs, and my dog was excited to go back in. It is quite telling when a dog is excited to return to a kennel. I felt the need to write this review to warn people that this place is horrible and and unsafe for dogs. Please do not support such a horrible facility!!!!!
