This staff at this location are the BEST!!!! i Can't brag enough about how polite, welcoming, funny, caring and considerate the staff is/are to me..... AND not just to me but everyone that comes into their store. I hate that I am terrible with names, but Lauri Miller aka the manager is very welcoming and I know when I come into contact with Lauri, Emily, another day shift lady... I don't know her name BUT.... Also another lady that feeds the staff and a gentleman that works at this location I KNOW I'm going to make them laugh and they are most definitely going to bring a smile to my face. I've only had the pleasure of being around this staff recently due to me becoming a new customer HOWEVER... I look forward to seeing them everyday and that is no lie! - MY WASTED TRIP - On Mon. 8/22/2022 2:00 PM - I called Pawn 2 Cash and asked if I could pawn my two vintage bicycles the woman said, "Yes"!! It was difficult for me to load both bicycles into my Toyota Corolla and drive them there given that I live on the other side of town several miles from Covert & Weinbach Ave. I arrived in their parking lot & unloaded one of my vintage bicycle when two guys suddenly came out of the store - one of them abruptly asked, "Are you the guy that called about the vintage bicycles?" (Proving that he knew I called first!) I said, "Yes." Then he informed me that they do not accept vintage bicycles "only mountain bikes" ! With Caller I.D. on their phone - they could have called me back to tell me their mistake! ALSO - from the start - the careless woman employee could have asked if they accept "vintage bikes" rather then tell me wrong & cause my huge wasted trip!
