I thought the work was too much for one person to handle but Dwight continued slugging away for 13 hours and finished the work. The stones we had put on our front stairs were failing after 15 years and there were a number of bricks starting to break down on our over 40 years old house. Since we are a corner lot our home is exposed on 3 sides and a lot of snow, ice and rain damage occurs. I was very impressed by this very personable young man and the work ethics and diligence he showed. His professional attitude towards the work and his constant double checking the alignment of the stairs and bricks with levels assured me everything was being done of the highest quality.

I contracted two jobs with groundworks, 1. basement waterproofing and 2. front step repair…read more The method used for the basement was more economical, and efficient than other quotes. For the initial quote I met with Behtash Adib. He was punctual, professional and took the time to answer any and all questions. While deciding on the scope of the job Behtash was consistent with prompt responses and information. The basement waterproofing was done by Ade, Shy and Vandyke. During the project they noticed a potential problem in the same room unrelated to their work. The team notified me and even paused while they had a specialist stop by and check it out. This was above and beyond and extremely helpful. The second project was my front steps. Over the years the cement steps cracked and started to settle into the ground. The concrete repair team fixed this quickly, with excellent results. Andrew and Russel took the time to confirm my expectations of the job and answer any questions I had. Before booking with groundworks I read only stellar 5 star reviews, and I am confident in saying they are all well deserved.

I don't have enough good things to say about my dealings with Four Seasons Sunrooms!…read moreMy sunroom is quite old and the window locks were giving me a lot of trouble. I got in touch with four seasons and, although it was very difficult for them to get their hands on the locks, they managed to find them and install them. My windows are as good as new even though the sunroom is over 30 years old. It was so nice having someone on top of the problem, responding to my messages even on the weekends, and making sure I was happy. The repair man who arrived at the house was right on time! This may seem like a small thing, but to those who have had any dealings with contractors and service people, you know that you're lucky if they show up at all much less on time!
