Only once multiple follow up messages were sent would an answer be provided. The services provided, other than answering questions on their own time, also came across as near bare minimum effort because it was equal to that of a public defense attorney, only money actually had to forked up to retain the "help" I was provided with. Upon the resolution of the case even further confusion was caused as an additional mix-up with phone number, and so bottom line I would not recommend Robert Bradfield based on the communication efforts & confusion in getting an answer. For $700 I had received the same level of help that people in a similar situation had received using a public defender, so take that information and do as you wish with it.

I once went to an arbitration meeting that got canceled and no one told me so I took a day off of work, battled morning rush hour traffic and paid for parking for nothing. I had to email the company several times for status updates and finally had to contact State Farm to get everything moving along. I assume State Farm gives these companies a retainer and they try to use up every bit of it. In the meantime the customer is left waiting. Maybe they are better if you're a direct client but and an indirect one, you are lost in the shuffle. The whole process of being in a traffic crash sucks from the insurance, the repair shop, the lawyers on both sides, the court system, etc. Avoid it at all costs.
