(I used to teach medical assisting ) and worked in the field for over 20 years. Trust me when I say, she was perfect, and I had 5 tubes taken. The facility is spotless, even the bathroom. You can do a pre-check-in then just scan the QR code when you are at the place. I went early before my appointment, check in then I was called in no time. I was impressed. The Phlebotomist was friendly and made me comfortable, and the first draw was smooth. Then here comes the catch - she didn't take enough vials for a certain color, so she has to stick me again. Waaa. I told her I didn't want to be probed in the same arm. My right arm isn't good as the left; she called another Phlebotomist to help her. At first no blood came out, so they have to adjust the needle. By looking at it, it makes you not to be probed anymore. It doesn't hurt though. And they were able to get what they needed. This is a good place for a phlebotomist to do their externship. They will enhance their skills. Limited parking. Decent gender-neutral public facility.

Check in was easy and a front desk staff member called us soon to explain to us that they accept Medicare, but not her supplemental insurance, so we should go to a Foundation lab where they will accept my Mom's both insurances. We like how thoroughly and courteously the lady explained everything. Parking is free and plenty.

For some reason, there's no suite number listed other than the plaza medical building. It took a lot of digging to finally find that only one link texted to me showed the suite number. I think it was 304? I forgot, but the directory down below in the building didn't even show Labcorp either. I came across someone else who was trying to walk-in and they followed me in our search for this spot. One half of the building is closed and you have to enter through the parking lot side. When you go up the right floor and find the correct room, you enter and see a waiting room with so much people waiting, with a large screen TV and some ladies by the front. I walked towards the tablet and checked in on my own with the kiosk. I got called up by one of the ladies who bluntly just asked for my registration number. Her customer service was clearly disappointing to not just me, but to everyone else. My name would be on the TV with others. My name & 2 others was erased maybe 5 minutes in for some reason & it only displayed one name but all of us was still waiting to be called. They take walk-ins so your name on the TV is color-coded if you have an appointment or not. I had an "appointment" but still waited 20 minutes over my time, even with checking in 15 minutes early to my appointment. It turns out, the guy doing the urine tests inside literally goes one at a time. This other guy comes out after 20 minutes and suddenly starts drinking like 5 cups of water from the dispenser. He was told to wait and then I was called next. The guy who did my urine testing was also very lacking in customer service and seemed to hate being there. Beware! The guy drew a line on the cup and requests for a pretty big amount of urine so I could see why the guy before me was struggling to fill the cup too. I did the best I could and asked if it was enough. The guy was stressing outloud when he poured my urine cup into the vial. I offered to drink some water and try again later but the guy said it should be okay, although he seemed very low confidence about it. I would ask him questions about the results and be cordial and he would answer very bluntly too. When your done, he stares at you to leave without saying that's it or anything. The ladies at the front would prefer you to just walk away without speaking a word to them.

Staff was nice, explained the process of what I needed to do and took care of business. I was in and out by 1215 ish the latest. I had planned to be there for an hour and so I cleared my schedule from 12 to 1. Now I had all this time to kill and decided to just run more errands. So I went to the DMV. I was impressed. It was my first time going to a Foundation Laboratory. I like that there was a dedicated parking garage in the back for the entire medical plaza building this is in. Located in suite #104 with a paper sign, it was easy to spot the doorway where this is. Upon entering, there's a small waiting room and a receptionist at the desk. Check-in was simple and I handed her my ID. A good handful of us started coming in the waiting room already. I quickly realized as she told some to wait and walked to the back, that this receptionist was also the phlebotomist! I was surprised when the lady in front of me got taken of so quick. Soon enough, it was my turn and I went to the back. I sat down and was worried because of how busy it just got for her. With no sweat, just pure skill, she got my blood on her first try and was able to draw my blood perfectly. She bandage taped my arm really well and I couldn't stop thanking her. She is a really skilled expert in her craft. The most seamless and easiest blood draw I ever experienced. I hope it's not always just her holding down the fort, although she's doing a great job handling the front and back - free parking in the garage - no photos/vids allowed inside the suite - located next to the pharmacy downstairs

I arrived about a half hour before my appointment in the hopes of getting one but I had to pay for parking and walk much more than I would have liked, being a disabled senior. Finally got up and asked one of the staff members just how late they were running and she gave me a word salad response that basically told me nothing. Several other similar attempts were equally futile. The waiting room was a zoo with several Karens (of both genders) and unchecked children who were bored. I ended up leaving an hour after my scheduled appointment because I was sick and tired of waiting and had to pay $4 for the privilege I still need lab work but I know two other Quest locations that have free parking and I will avoid this location in the future
