I was there about 2 weeks ago. I went in on a Sunday. Listen, they were all very nice and friendly…read morebut for a 1300 topper plus cutting (extra) It came out to about 1400 then you tip them which they expect 10%,20% or you can customize your tip but well it is ridiculous after the girl showed me 2 YES only 2 toppers and 1 wig because that is all they have. Nothing like the website on IG I watched. NOTHING LIKE IT. Now my topper was thinned out which the lady in the back who does all the sewing does a good job. Now let's talk about the girl who showed me the wigs is different from the person who is actually going to cut it. They have a gentlemen and I thought the wig was cut good until I get home! In 2 weeks the only time I wore the wig was leaving the store. It is long in some places and as flat as a pancake on top. No layers no nothing just a drab old wig. Not to mention one of the clip on the side fell off and I now have to sew it back on. I could have bought a synthetic wig for less than half the price and it would have looked better. It's rather intimidating sitting there. Small shop and I drove a long way to try on 3 hair pieces. Yes, I didn't have to buy it but I thought it was going to look different and once they cut it and worked on it I HAD to buy it. Anyway ladies save your money it isn't worth it. Look for a GOOD synthetic hairpiece and stop going to places like this that rip you off because they prey on your emotions and desperation for hair. I am going to try to bring it to a hairdresser to see if they can put layers in it and make it even but after paying 75 dollars to have them cut the damn wig I am fuming. They are just all about selling the wig and making a profit and of course the tip for doing relatively nothing. I will never go to Milano wig again. I am not putting a picture up because I do not want to put that back on my head for so many reasons. I am so disappointed. Yes, I have buyer's remorse and maybe I should have spoken up but it is so intimidating. I just do not want you to be in my shoes. I know how desperate for nice hair we ladies can feel and when everyone is telling you how great it looks and you just paid over 1300 instead of crying I just left. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! Laura

I have nothing but good things to say about Milano. Not only are their products amazing, but the…read moreemployees in the Hollywood store are amazing. They know their product and they are extremely accommodating. They listen to what you want, and they are not satisfied until you love your wig. I have bought three wigs from them (yes, three) and I wear one every day. I have had a professional stylist tell me I have beautiful hair not suspecting it's a wig. I can't be happier with my choices. I would rather spend money on a quality hairpiece than keep wasting money (not to mention the insecurity) of wearing a cheaper wig.

I just cannot believe I found this place on a total whim while looking to get a simple pedicure during my lunch break! For those used to walking into a nail salon and seeing rows of stations or pedicure chairs, this is not like that at all. Instead, this is located in what appears to be an office suite of other beauty and personal care businesses (aestheticians, barbers, hair stylists, etc.). When you go with Christina, you are going into your own little oasis of comfort and privacy where you are the only client and your conversation and interaction with her is private. I love that aspect so very much! But what supersedes that only because it was my true reason for going is the careful service you receive for your manicure and/or pedicure. She worked so meticulously and the result was the best I've seen in a while. If you are in the Downtown area and are looking for TRUE care and quality when it comes to your manicure and pedicure, Christina is the one and Cilverbow is the place.
