You can see my photos attached here. The picture quality is not the best so I am really reluctant to judge the quality of the flowers. I'll let you judge for yourself. We DIDN'T order a tux or ask her to order one. It seemed as though she took it upon herself to order the tux because we were there looking, even though we had not committed to renting one. When confronted, via phone, about her mistake she was very rude, disrespectful, and super quick to place the blame on anyone but herself. The price of the rental had also gone up to $160. We had received wilted flowers and was treated badly if you value your dollar and your customer satisfaction I recommend going any other floral shop than Emporia floral.

When I called to discuss my disappointment, instead of listening to me and understanding my concerns, Allison felt it was best to argue with me and tell me how wrong I was. I owned a flower shop for many years, and I would never argue with a customer. They are unaware of business etiquette. If you are looking for a great product, great service and great value, do yourself a favor and call a different flower shop. This one is horrible.

I spoke with her a couple of days after service to find that the plant was not delivered. So I called the florist and spoke with the owner. Letting her know. She just kept saying she sent it. I told her that she may have but my friend didn't receive it. She got short with me and was not very kind about it. I spoke with her and the funeral home neither taking blame or tried making it right. So I went to my friends mom's to discover that the plant had been sent but that they had double up someone else's card and place it on my plant. So in the end it was the florist mistake. The Funeral Home Fletner's told me they would return my call, which they never did. As A Funeral Director myself I was disappointed in both business's. The review is a 2 because it was delivered. I would not recommend the florist. Sad to me that in a difficult time and unable to attend, while letting them know I am in the same line of work that they where unable to take responsibility.
