WOW! I honestly cannot write a review that can possibly convey my gratitude for what Paula did for me in one session. I cannot explain it either. I have always sought out alternative methods of healing knowing conventional methods usually don't work for me. I have tried many methods over 30 years to get rid of general anxiety, depression, social anxiety, etc... EFT, NET (neuro emotional technique), EMDR, hypnosis, diet, supplements, flower essences, homeopathy, aromatherapy, etc...). All helped, but nothing I have ever done has actually eliminated the problems entirely. Until now. And... I have proof: yesterday I was at work and experienced the same trigger that caused me to go to her in the first place (my healing session took place one week ago). When triggered, I immediately felt a physiological reaction. That reaction previously caused a panic attack in years past, but remained with a similar debilitating experience that contributed to the social anxiety. As soon as this happened the negative talk started which normally starts a cascade of issues. In my head I said, "oh no, it didn't work". Paula is fantastic! Having had a a number of readings in my life and also being a long-time tarot reader myself, I know an excellent clairvoyant when I find one. I had not had a reading in 7 years, and it was very good, but in another country.
