We purchased our home from our living room in California. We had full and complete trust in Jenna. She was very honest and made sure that we didn't miss anything that we might regret later. She brought people to bring us quotes and give us second opinions since we were not able to see it with our own eyes in person. She went out of her way even took our phone calls as late as nine and 10 o'clock in the evenings, some nights, as we would forget about the time change. Always so gracious and polite If you need a real estate agent in the Corpus Christi area, look no further than Jenna Davis !

I have been in the real estate industry for 17 years and know a pro when I see one. With the booming market it seems everyone is getting a license, which means they lack experience and will even do "discount" services or agree to list a home above market value. Beware of this- it shows you are dealing with someone who doesn't have a fiduciary duty to their clients and are self serving. You get what you pay for and I wanted to work with someone who has indepth knowledge of the market, killer negotiating skills and was always looking out for my best interests. Cass delivered and then some; he even found my tenants for me! That was such a relief and proof this guy has what it takes. Accept no imitations and put your trust in someone who has experience, high energy and his client's investment as a top priority. Our investments were a solid purchase with no hassle thanks to Cass and his team.

Selling a home is STRESSFUL! The JAL team guided me every step of the way, from timing of putting…read morethe house on the market, to choosing a competitive sales price. We had offers within the first week and after inspection, ended up selling for just $14,000 less than our $709,000 asking price. The JAL team even made sure we closed after the two year purchase date so I didn't have to worry about Capital Gains Tax. There were bumps in the road regarding the buyer's financing issues and poor communication with the buyer's realtor and I wanted to pull my hair out, but the deal is done and I'm glad I chose JAL.

I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate Tara Morgan with KM Premier Real Estate Corpus…read moreChristi, TX and what a tremendous realtor Tara is. Tara and the behind the scenes work of her team go above and beyond anything I have encountered or expected in real estate. I am in the U.S. Coast Guard and recently moved from Southern California to Corpus Christi and I knew I wanted to buy a home at my new duty station in South Texas. I started the process of buying a home soon after I received orders to Corpus and luckily found Tara at KM Premier to begin my home search. The home search was made even more difficult, in my mind anyways, as I was not able to make a trip to house shop in person due to the pandemic and military travel restrictions. Tara made this process easy and accommodating as she more than willingly went to several homes making videos of each to send over for me to view. This was more work than you think as I am very indecisive and was going through a very difficult time personally, mind you this was the first home purchase in my life done all digital. But Tara handled everything with the utmost professionalism with every hiccup I thought I could send her way, from putting down earnest money on two brand new build homes, to making offers on two different homes. I also love Tara's none candid style as she has no problem telling you her opinion, but in the end, she wants the best home for you that you will be happy with. With her experience previously as once an active duty military spouse and the way she was already setup positioned Tara seamlessly and ahead of her competitors into the pandemic era of house shopping. Everything was digital from E-Sign, which is so simple to use, to actual feet on the ground with Tara viewing homes, taking videos sending them via text and posting to YouTube, or even live FaceTime. The responsiveness from Tara is impeccable as well with the majority of communication/questions/comments being answered within an hour if not much shorter along with ample heads up if she were going to be unavailable. If you are in the military being stationed in Corpus Christi, do yourself a favor and use Tara Morgan with KM Premier Real Estate. They have the specialty knowledge to make your transition to Corpus as easy as possible in anyway or direction you choose whether that is a home purchase or renting. For locals to Corpus Christi, again, do yourself a favor and use Tara with KM Premier Real Estate as she has lived here long enough to be the best match for you with a good network of contacts for anything you need during your home search.
