I really liked all the amenities the gym has to offer and depending on what time of day you go in there it's not so many eyes looking at you even though everyone is there to get back into shape it can be intimidating. I joined the gym after coming a few times with my friend as our schedules don't always align. I was able to catch a special during their anniversary. I have attended a few different classes water aerobics, stretching, and I plan on attending more I just have to arrange my schedule around them. The instructors are really nice and they take their time and meet you where you are. I haven't worked out in ages and becoming comfortable and acclimated with the equipment is important. I like the sauna and the jacuzzi as well. It's definitely worth the price. The gym is really spacious and they have a basketball court, and cycle room, and some other sports.

The negatives are the Sauna, and pool are too close to the men's room! The men's room is poorly kept ,and not clean. You can smell the chlorine from the pool, and feel the heat from the sauna in the Locker room as well as the bathroom . Gym is too small for what they charge although the basketball court is nice and well kept. Also they don't have 35 pound weight plates which Is very odd for a gym .I did a 72 hour trial to check it out, but I wouldn't consider joining.

My hours are flexible enough that I tend to go when it's not too busy in the middle of the day, so that may be part of it. Regardless of this, the gym is large and surprisingly quiet with the music playing just at the right level (not loud enough that I can hear it over my own music, but loud enough that I can enjoy it in the off chance I forget my headphones). The facility is also super clean, which is not something you find in every gym. The employees are very friendly - I've always been greeted when I arrive, and someone usually calls out "have a great day" as I'm walking towards the door to leave. There are so many machines and machine types to choose from if you're there for cardio. The equipment appears to be well-maintained, but as with all Planet Fitness locations, there are a limited number of programs on each machine. So, if you're ok with those limited options or are open to creating your own unique workout manually, then these machines are great. A little frustrating, but easily adaptable! There are also plenty of weight machines and free weights. I've never had to wait long to use a machine, even if that means adjusting my routine.

The manager Desteny at this location and the team member I spoke with yesterday are completely disrespectful. I advise ANYONE looking for a gym, to never consider this place. To be sick and out of work and have this million dollar company disrespectfully tell me I can not get my money back is unreal. I will continue to voice this. I took 20 classes in 30 days, and tried all except the hot yoga. PROS: -Beautiful studio! The space is gorgeous and clean with lots of natural light in the pilates area and fun neon lights in the HIIT class area. -Great selection of classes and times to choose from. -The classes themselves are wonderful- HIIT ranged in difficulty and the pilates was always fantastic. -Low sugar plant-based smoothie menu was awesome. CONS: -Customer service- This was my biggest problem with the studio. I was rarely greeted or acknowledged when entering the studio or when leaving. Entire classes went by when I was not acknowledged at all. It was a very cold/unwelcoming environment. I felt incredibly out of place and always left feeling kind of...sad. There was just one instructor who actually learned my name and was friendly to me, and I took multiple classes from her (she was great). After I joined the studio I never got a "tour" / nobody showed me around or told me what to expect from different classes. I was left on my own to figure it out. I have tried lots of studios around town so felt mostly comfortable in the classes but if I was new to this type of exercise, I would be totally lost. -Price- I paid a little over $200 for a new member special 30 day deal. That gets you one (just one!) class per day. There were times I wanted to do a HIIT class in the morning and check out a hot yoga class in the evening but I was not willing to pay an additional $25 to double up. There *are* 75 minute HIIT/Pilates combo classes, though. -No private bathroom area/locker room. The bathroom area is shared with whatever business is down the hall. It's a typical office building bathroom situation- no hooks on bathroom stall doors or surface to put down a bag. Not convenient for the days I had to change after work. No bowls of hair ties/tampons or dry shampoo like every other studio I've been to has. Overall, with a more welcoming vibe and the option to double up on classes, I'd come back. Otherwise there are plenty of other studios around town that offer the same workouts with a better atmosphere, and for a better price.

They also offer nutrition coaching and body composition analyses. Having my body composition tested has been an empowering way to track my progress and keep motivated. At Iron Tribe, you're in and out in 45 minutes. I really appreciate their workouts that are designed to get me moving and working in an efficient way. There are no mirrors in the gym, so instead of looking at your form in the mirror, you'll need to listen to your body. In every class, you will learn standards of movement for the workout, and coaches will work with you to make sure your body is in safe alignment. I imagine that this greatly reduces injuries. There are well-stocked locker rooms with showers. Also inside the gym, they sell supplements and different kinds of energy drinks. They don't push them on you, but they're there if you need them/are curious. I look forward to my workouts. I've found that I'm no longer thinking about working out as torture or punishment. The coaches use language meant to empower you, rather than critique you. This was helpful for me as I was learning to use the equipment. It's also really fun, and everyone is nice. I was pleasantly surprised by what an encouraging and non-judgmental space it was. A membership is not cheap, but you're paying for more than a gym membership. It's more like a gym membership, personal training, nutrition coaching, and body composition testing. I'd recommend Iron Tribe to anyone.
