I had a pretty awful experience of buying a bed from these guys. Sales chap was very nice to begin with (of course) but delivery had all kinds of issues. When it first came the fabric was ripped. It took (in total) about 4 months to get the ripped part of the bed replaced, requiring numerous trips to the store, several letters of complain to head office and hundreds upon hundreds of broken promises.
I think it's one of these chains where the guys in the store have almost nothing to do with the deliveries, so to be fair it's probably not their fault. They get told one thing by the delivery company and make promises to their customers and then get egg on their face when something goes wrong. Unless Paul Simon have changed delivery methods, don't buy furniture from them! read more
