They were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They are not your typical agents looking to close the deal and move on, they went the extra mile for us and exceeded all of our expectations through every step of the selling process. They were incredibly thorough and patient. We could not have asked for better people to guide us through a very emotionally charged process! Flex and Jenna went way above and beyond for my husband and I when we moved across the country during the sale of our house. They were working with different partners to make sure everything was in place for the close of escrow. Flex was an absolute pro when it came to market knowledge. He made sure we were comfortable and always presented us with options. We never felt like we were forced into a bad situation or pressured into any decision. Jenna was amazing with her sense of design and styling. Her vision helped us achieve something we never thought was possible. No detail was overlooked, down to the shape and color of the cabinet pulls! Jenna was a true collaborator, and when things got overwhelming she was always there to step in and help. I can wholeheartedly say that there is no way we could have done this without Flex and Jenna!

Erik is the real deal…read more He helped us buy the home of our dreams over 14 years ago--even though we weren't even looking. He saw what we didn't: that our small starter home had run its course and that there was a rare opportunity out there. He showed us a house (not his listing) that was perfect for our family and somehow still in our range. We put in a contingent offer, and 9 months later, it was ours. That house has been everything we hoped for and more. Now our son's off to college, and it's still perfect. What makes Erik stand out isn't just his knowledge (though he's one of the top agents in LA, and it shows). It's his intuition, honesty, and the way he looks out for you like a friend. He tells it like it is, stays calm when things get stressful, and always has your back. For me, he's not just a broker, he's more like a real estate advisor. If you're buying or selling in LA, you won't find anyone better.

Although we had a fairly high budget, he showed us a variety of houses at different price levels. He educated us on the opportunities of each house. We ended up buying the ugliest house in a great neighborhood and we couldn't have been happier. This house has significantly increased in value since we bought it and the renovations have not been priced in yet. He was spot on when he asked us to look at this house with an "open mind". I highly recommend him if you're looking for an agent.

Selling a home you love is emotional, and Peter made the entire experience feel so much more manageable from start to finish. He's incredibly smart, has a real feel for this market, and just seems to instinctively know the right move. Whether it was helping us stage the house, presenting it beautifully to buyers, or guiding us through the inspections and all the final contract details, his advice was thoughtful, strategic, and always right on target. From our very first conversation, his communication was exceptional. We always knew what was happening, he responded to texts almost immediately, and he somehow managed to make a process that's never completely stress-free feel...well, about as stress-free as it can be. (To be fair, he warned us that part wasn't possible!) But what really sets Peter apart is who he is. He's genuine, funny, down-to-earth, and refreshingly honest. There was never a sales pitch or any pressure--just someone who truly cared about helping us make the best decisions and get the best outcome. We always felt like we had someone in our corner. Peter did a fantastic job positioning our home, creating exposure, and generating the kind of interest that led to a great sale. More than anything, we always felt confident that we had someone representing us who was incredibly sharp, completely dialed in, and had tremendous integrity. If you're looking for an agent who's smart, authentic, hardworking, and just a genuinely good person to have by your side, we can't recommend Peter highly enough. He got me referrals for contractors, dealt with the very difficult building manager on my behalf, and once the renovations were complete, patiently talked me through pricing, staging and the timing of putting it on the market. He answered all of my questions, and listened to all of my input. Best of all, Peter's marketing lead to five offers from qualified buyers, all at full price or above. We ended up getting substantially more than asking price, pretty much exactly where Peter thought we'd be. He convinced me to sell/lease my house at the same time. So, I followed him and did it. Then, I found out I couldnt list my house on the MLS for both selling and leasing. In fact, the moment he told me to do so, he just 100% focused on selling your house. I was just naive to believe him. I got an offer to buy my house at a really low price. He tried to convince me to accept the offer. And told me that my listing price is too high. I should accept the offer. Wait a minute, he is the one who told me to list at that price. He even told me the buyer will be homeless if I do not accept the offer (The buyer is selling to sell her $4.3 million house) Besides of that, on the offer, there is a one page contingency clause on the offer. He did not even tell me or read it and told me it is a standard offer and tell me to just sign it. Luckily, I read through myself and found out. I was really upset about what he did so I told him to take off the "for sale" listing and only focus on leasing my house. After 3 months, I finallly got an offer for leasing my house. He did not tell the tenant's agent what document is required or even provide with a rental application form. So endup, I did not even know whether the SSN# provided by my tenant is real or not since the tenant run the credit report himself. When I told him the prospect tenant's company been suspended by the state. He said why I care about his business. I should just focus about how much money he has in the bank and his credit score. When I asked him why he did not run the credit report and ask for SSN#, he said he does not understand why I am being so suspicious on everythibng. I should just believe all the credit report is good and he does not think why the prospect tenant should lie about the information. Stupid me, thinking that he is professional, I should listen to him. Here you go, after renting out my house for two months. I have to evict my tenant since he rented my whole brand new house on Airbnb and even hosting crazy massive party in the house. Right now, I am still in the eviction process. I am still waiting for the sheiff lockout process. What a nightmare. If you don't mind your agent bring his kids along to show your house. (running around your house, sliding around your house, and leaving toys in the house), you have no problem in using Eric. If you dont mind your agent do not read the contract and if you dont mind he is on the buyer's side when representing you as a selling agent, you can definitely use Eric. If you dont mind he did not run credit check or background check on your tenant, you can use Eric.

I'm writing this on behalf of my My 85-year-old grandmother who has lived in California, her entire life. she mentioned to me that she was ready to sell her house here in California and go move to another state to be with my aunt. She had another real estate agent that she didn't know personally, but was starting to work with. I strongly encourage my grandmother, perhaps to interview a few other real estate agents as finding the right person for the job is going to be very important. I knew of David Ramirez he had sold many houses for a few of my friends and also help some of my friends find some of their homes. He had a good reputation here in the San Gabriel Valley. So I highly recommended David Ramirez to my grandmother and thought she and my aunt should interview him before moving forward with anyone else And I'm glad that they did that ..... I knew he was going to take very good care of my grandmother, and have my grandmother's best interest at the forefront . There were a lot of details and roadblocks. We knew it wouldn't be so straightforward like a usual listing. Because of his experience, he was able to navigate a strategy and stay in control the entire time. My grandmother's house just sold a few weeks ago and closed escrow David and his team were able to get roughly $60,000 more than the house was listed for with an all cash offer. He had a very good plan, and was able to execute that in the most efficient way . He also was very patient with my grandmother and my aunt not being pushy with them to put the pressure on them to sell last summer, he waited for when they were ready. He was also very delicate and handling this with my grandmother and the multiple family members, that he needed to be in contact with, and did so very professionally. That said a lot to us about David So yeah, I would highly recommend David Ramirez and his team if you're looking to sell your house ? and get the maximum value out of it. Or for any of your real estate needs you may have. I don't just write reviews to write review reviews. I'm only gonna do it if I've had a five star experience with anything. This review is well deserved Thanks David We're grateful for you and your team Mike and Grandma Marilyn
