This place sucks. The last time I went here (which will be the last time ever) my visit started…read morewith the women working the front desk arguing about whether or not they accepted my insurance. After that got straightened out, a nurse brought me back to an exam room and I found out I was scheduled for the wrong type of appointment. Someone had booked me for a follow-up appointment when I was there for an annual physical. I'm guessing this happened when they had to reschedule my appointment the week prior (this happened to my dad recently too, looks like their scheduling system probably needs work.) I tell the nurse all I really need is a refill of my regular prescription and she says, ok, we can do that. Then she leaves me in the exam room by myself for 50 minutes (after my scheduled appointment time). Finally the RN comes in, tells me she'll refill the prescription for now but I need to go get blood work to get a whole year's worth and she's going to print me out some instructions. She goes back into the hallway where I hear her and the nurse from earlier argue about whether or not my prescription is the proper dosage, I wait a bit more, and at last the nurse comes back in with instructions. Will never go back.

I love the staff at Dr Black's office. They always call me back in a timely manner. The front staff…read moreare always helpful & friendly. Even after they have answered the phone 30000 times in a row. :) Whether I am there in person or over the phone they patiently answer my questions & make me feel at ease. I started to see them because of the convenient location but now I would not trust my health with anyone else. If you need a PCP I recommend Dr Black.
