This is our second time working with them after originally booking them for some interior bedrooms 3 years ago when we moved in. Our neighbors have been calling / texting and complimenting the house already! He was incredibly fair with his pricing and patient with my asks . He told me a price and there were no surprise cost despite him finding rotting wood in multiple places that he went out of his way to patch and repair. They walk around the house with you, after the prep is done, to make sure you are pleased with the preparation of the house. They spend a good amount of time taping/covering up the areas that need protecting from the paint. The they paint the house, after verifying the paint colors are correct. During all of these checks the Project Manager, Ray in our case, checks the work, addresses any concerns and does a final walk through. A very professional, comfortable experience. I needed a painter to paint the interior of my dad's condo in Clearwater. My challenge is that I…read morelive out of town so I needed someone who could do the job mostly unsupervised. I got quotations from three companies and selected Bill Heym of Picture Perfect Painting. He showed up on time for the estimate and seemed thorough in his plan. The condo isn't huge- two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, etc. I gave him the job and a key to the place. He started on a Monday and finished on Wednesday, I think. I don't know for sure, because I couldn't be there to supervise him. Anyways, he called to let me know he had finished and asked to be paid. I took a big risk... I sent him the money before seeing the work. He seemed like the kind of guy who could be trusted (ok- it didn't hurt that Bill talks EXACTLY like Hank Hill of "King of the Hill". And you can ALWAYS count on Hank to do the right thing, right?) Anyways, I visited the condo a few days later to inspect the work. To say I was impressed was an understatement. First of all, he did do exactly what he said he would do. Everything was sparkling neat. There were no drips anywhere. All the trim was perfect. There were some old-style metal bi-fold closet doors that were rusting. He sanded them down and painted them. They looked new. Interestingly, I was going through some "before" pictures I had taken and noticed that a narrow wall in the kitchen adjacent to a bi-fold closet door was shabby looking. But I failed to mention it when he gave me his estimate. You guessed it. He nailed that wall beautifully. Thanks a million Hank I mean Bill especially for being trustworthy and a great painter.

He was mpt and professional starting en he said he would and shing the job early which eeded my expectation. Every , -ce of furniture and accessories were moved, covered and then after the painting was finished everything was placed in exactly the same place. the bonus of it all was that my house was cleaner all over than before they came! On the phone and in person he was friendly my husband and I agreed to hire him after he promised the house especially the driveway will look awesome. I did stressed multiple times the concerned about the crack on the driveway he replied he uses a special seal that will fill in the cracks and would not be noticeable. First day He power washed the landings of the house. then a rep from Sherwin Williams arrived, we picked colors and stressed my concerns. I was so concerned about the driveways new paint peeling. So,the day he returned to prep the house with caulking I asked him why was the crack cover up were so messy and the driveway seal so uneven he started to get sarcastic and started to say if I wanted it perfect to get a new drive way. I was blown away by his behavior which kept getting worse every time I would point out his mistakes or lack of. When I returned He had painted my new gutters and new porch soffits I was not happy. The paint equipment was washed on my lawn looked horrible. Very messy. When he called and said he was done I met him at the house. The driveway was awful he painted the top of the driveway way but not the sides he left undone I had asked him to do it right. He left many smudges and got annoyed every time I pointed it out. He refused to go fix the problem and he also said Sherwin Williams do not offer warranty on the paint (lie). Beware He is very nice in person and over the phone. He is not a professional or very detailed person. He lies to get your project then when there's a problem he is not able to accept criticism. Mr. Sean he calls home self Jimmy Sean from Mexico. I will be taking him to court. For the money he offered and refuses to pay. He also refused to provide an updated receipt from $2400 to $3600. For more work given.
